ASC, FLC and Office Administration

Our Bridging Courses are designed for anyone without a Matric, whether they want to pursue a Matric Certificate or work towards a National Qualification accredited by the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) at NQF levels 3 and 4

MAKING MY SUBJECT CHOICES

To pass the Amended Senior Certificate (Adult Matric), a candidate must select six (6) subjects, as follows:

  • Two (2) official languages, provided that one of the two official languages is offered on the Home/First Language Level and the other, on either Home/First or First Additional/Second Language Level.

  • One of the above official languages must be a language of learning and teaching (LOLT) of institutions of further and higher education.

  • A minimum of four (4) other subjects must be presented. Of the four (4) required subjects

Adult Matric (ASC) - Full Programme - 6 subjects

Think of adult matric as your second chance. As long as you are over 21 and are in the possession of a grade 9 certificate you are able to successfully register for your Amended Senior Certificate. You will be required to complete various assignments and an internal exam with us and then move on to writing your National Exams by Umalusi.
